Five trades. One entity. One counterpart.

Pick the kind of operation you run and see which of the five brands work on it, in what order, and what that saves in coordination. All of them answer through the same company, at the same address in Loulé.

of the group's five brands work on a Hotels operation.

The order is the trade's typical one, not a contractual commitment: a particular building may need the installations before anything else. What counts is what each brand writes into its proposal.

Every roof in this view is a building with maintenance, cleaning, building or linen contracts. Today, almost always with different suppliers.

The five brands

Each with its own trade, site and contact.

None depends on another: hiring one does not oblige you to hire the rest, and each is judged on what it does.

Coverage

How many of your accounts we cover.

The matrix is not a sales pitch: it is the list of what each brand actually does. Where there is no square, that brand does not serve that sector — and saying so is more useful than filling the whole grid.

King Fleet's column is empty because King Fleet does not serve buildings: its client is the driver who wants to join the fleet. It is in the matrix because it belongs to the group, and empty because that is the truth.

Before you sign

What to demand of a supplier. Including us.

Four checks any manager should run before contracting cleaning, maintenance or building work — and where each one is confirmed.

  1. 01/04

    Who the legal entity is

A brand is a name; the company behind it is what answers in court. Ask for the number and check it. All five brands here share the same one: 514569298.

  2. 02/04

    Where complaints go

A supplier with no accessible electronic Complaints Book is a supplier with nowhere to file a formal complaint. It is free and required by law in Portugal.

    livroreclamacoes.pt

  3. 03/04

    Insurance and licence

Public liability, workplace accident cover and, on building work, the IMPIC contractor licence. These vary by trade and are not published on this site: ask the brand you are contracting for a copy.

Request in writing from the brand

  4. 04/04

    What is written down

Scope, frequencies, hours and deadlines, in the proposal. What is not written is not contracted — and that rule protects both sides, not just the one paying.

Why this matters

What changes when five suppliers become one.

Each figure is what the named brand states on its own site, and that is where it can be checked. The group does not add up figures from different brands: added together, they would no longer be verifiable anywhere.
