One counterpart
The five contracts do not disappear, nor do the five teams. What disappears is the person spending their week coordinating five suppliers who never speak to each other — because these ones do, and they work out of the same address.

The dates line up
A hotel refurbishment needs building work, installations and a final clean, in that order and with no slack between them. With separate suppliers, every delay becomes an argument about whose fault it is. Here it is a conversation in-house.

The same entity answers
The five brands are one and the same company. A complaint, an insurance policy or an invoice does not change owner depending on the brand — and you can check that in the legal notice of each of the five sites.
