How we handle your data.

This site has no form and collects nothing from its visitors. This page says what that means in practice, and what to do if you want to exercise your rights with one of the brands.

Who controls the data

The data controller is FOLLOW MARGIN, UNIPESSOAL LDA, which runs the five King Group brands, registered at Rua Sebastião Cordeiro 30, 8100-628 Loulé, Faro, Portugal.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no form, no newsletter sign-up and no login area. The email and phone links open your own mail client or dialler, and whatever you write from there goes straight to the brand, without passing through here.

If you contact one of the brands, that brand's privacy policy applies to whatever you send it.

What stays in your browser

One thing only: your choice between day and night, so the site opens the way you left it. It stays in your own browser and never reaches us.

There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and this site does not measure audiences. The only request that leaves for anywhere else is the map, explained below. If it ever starts measuring, this page is updated first.

The map

The home page and the contact page each carry a map served by OpenStreetMap. When somebody scrolls down to it, the browser makes a request to openstreetmap.org, and that request carries the IP address — as any externally loaded image would.

It is the only thing on this site that reaches out anywhere else, and it was chosen for that reason: OpenStreetMap serves the map and nothing else. We do not use the Google map, which brings measurement scripts and writes identifying cookies. The map only loads if somebody scrolls to it.

The brand sites

Each brand has its own site, with its own privacy policy. The links leaving this site for those sites are external links: what happens there is governed by each site's own rules.

On what legal basis

With no collection, there is no processing to justify. When you contact a brand, the basis is the pre-contractual steps you requested and the consent given by writing — Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

For how long

This site keeps nothing to retain. Whatever you send a brand is subject to the periods set out in that brand's policy and to the statutory retention periods for commercial and tax records.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of anything wrong, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. The request can be made to any of the brands: the controlling entity is the same one.

If you believe your data is not being handled as it should be, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
