The group
King Group is not a service, and not a holding company with offices in several cities. It is one company in Loulé running five brands, each with its own trade and its own site.
The five brands are one and the same company: FOLLOW MARGIN, UNIPESSOAL LDA, company number 514569298, registered at Rua Sebastião Cordeiro 30 in Loulé.
This is not a footnote. It is what gives a contract signed with one brand the same backing as one signed with any other — and it can be checked in the legal notice of each of the five sites, where the number is the same.
Each brand has its own name, site, colour and voice. That is not design vanity: a hotel looking for a laundry is not looking for a builder, and a brand trying to be both gets looked for by neither.
What is shared is what the client never sees — the structure, the accounts, the insurance, the address. What is its own is everything they do see.
Because none of the five sites can say this. Each one talks about its own trade, and rightly so: a site that started talking about the other four brands halfway through would send the visitor away looking for them.
This is the only place where all five appear at once, with the matrix of what each one serves. Anyone who arrives through one of them and wants to know what the other four are has the answer on one page.
Hiring King Build does not oblige you to hire Limpeza, and working with King Service earns no discount at King Laundry. Each is hired and judged on what it does.
The advantage of them being together shows up when more than one is in play — a refurbishment with building work, installations and a final clean — and not in a list of bundles nobody asked for.
